Ansell is looking for an Associate Specialist, Inside Sales to join our team in Norway.
In this position you will play a vital role in promoting and selling Ansell’s products and services to meet or exceed sales targets within Norway & Denmark by managing a portfolio of dedicated accounts, build strong relationships through direct sales and/or distributors, and be responsible for customer training via virtual seminars, workshops, and similar activities.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage and grow distributor partnerships by developing existing business, securing new opportunities, and monitoring distributor performance.
- Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and budgets; track and report results regularly to stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure effective coverage and understanding of business needs.
- Support and follow up on marketing campaigns, events, and field activities in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, conduct account profiling, and use insights to shape strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trading terms, and ethical standards.
- Monitor competitors and support development of response strategies with Sales Leaders.
- Provide commercial and backup support to Sales teams, including targeted campaigns and territory coverage.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Quality, GSC) and help manage excess and obsolete stock.
- Participate in external events, field visits, and quarterly sales meetings; stay informed on Ansell’s products and services.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Previous experience in sales/ commercial functions (in an international environment is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English (Danish or additional Nordic language a plus), with proven experience in B2B sales, both via phone and email.
- Technically adaptable, with proficiency in SAP/CRM systems and MS Office; able to quickly learn and communicate complex product information.
- Strong customer-facing communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and adapt to various client environments.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently under pressure, demonstrating sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility in a dynamic setting.
- Team-oriented with discretion in handling confidential information.
