Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data? Do you want to play a key role in shaping the future of a fast-growing company? And do you have a background in management consulting, performance/data analysis, investment banking, project management, or related strategy focused roles? Keep reading!
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Managing Director’s Office team. In this role you will work closely with the Managing Director and the leadership team, support our key strategic initiatives and help achieve ambitious goals for 2026 and beyond.
Your mission is to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that will shape our strategy and operational effectiveness. You’ll be responsible for conducting deep dives into business performance, identifying trends, and flagging opportunities and risks across our markets. You will translate complex performance metrics into actionable intelligence, enabling timely and informed decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate is not only an excellent communicator, but also proactive and motivated to drive real impact. We’re looking for someone who goes beyond simply following instructions — a curious mind who digs into the data, connects the dots to the bigger picture, and turns insights into well-grounded recommendations.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where your communication and relationship-building skills will be crucial for collaborating with stakeholders across all departments.
If you’re ready to take on a high-impact role and work closely with senior leaders, we'd love to hear from you!
As a Business Analyst, you'll be a key driver of our success. Your main responsibilities will include:
Performance Analysis: Dive deep into our KPIs and market data to uncover trends and opportunities. You'll identify what's driving performance and collaborate with teams across the company to find solutions.
Strategic Recommendations: Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for the Managing Director and senior leaders. Your insights will directly influence our strategic priorities and resource allocation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our data, marketing, and operations teams. You’ll be the bridge between data and business strategy, ensuring we make smart, evidence-based decisions.
Executive Reporting: Prepare compelling presentations and reports for senior stakeholders. You'll distill complex information into a clear, visually engaging format that focuses on strategic impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in performance/data analysis, management consulting, investment banking, project management, or related strategy focused roles.
- Education: A Master's degree in economics, finance, business, statistics, engineering or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a high level of comfort with numbers and financial modeling. You're able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and build complex business cases.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to present compelling recommendations to senior leaders and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, utilizing strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative approach to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Tools: You are an expert user of G-Suite, Excel, Tableau and Looker. Knowledge of SQL is a bonus, not required.
Drive: The ability to work independently, take ownership of your projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
