Your Responsibilities as Cost Governance and Process Owner
In this role, you’ll be the liaison between the Nordic Hub and the four BUs on all matters related to Cost Contribution Agreements (CCAs). You will define, implement, and maintain CCAs and SLAs, ensuring they align with business needs and compliance requirements.
You’ll:
- Oversee project development and ensure transparent, verifiable allocation mechanisms.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and finance to meet standards.
- Handle cost tracking, invoicing, and internal settlements.
- Keep updated registers of agreements and identify areas for new ones.
- Support yearly reviews and updates, including revisions and terminations.
The position reports to the SVP of People & Communications, Elisabeth Melander Stene.

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Bachelor’s (minimum) or Master’s (preferred) in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of shared initiatives across BUs.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and OECD CCA guidelines.
- Knowledge of tax documentation and compliance.
- Experience with time tracking, project accounting, and invoicing tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- A structured and detail-oriented mindset.
- Nice to have: Proficiency with one of the Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Dannish and/or Finnish)
