We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join Oda’s Retail Media team! 🚀
Retail Media will be a cornerstone of Oda’s future growth - a brand-new business line creating a sustainable revenue stream alongside our core grocery operations. This is a rare chance to join at the very start, shaping both strategy and execution. The Data Analyst will play a key role in this new business line, leveraging data to generate actionable insights that drive both strategy and results. You’ll contribute your expertise to the Retail Media team, collaborating closely with Ads Coordinator, fellow Data Analysts, and a leading Retail Media Manager.
As our Data Analyst, you’ll turn complex datasets into insights that influence both customers and the brands we work with. Through data, you’ll help optimize campaigns, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure our new business line thrives.
What you’ll be doing as a Data Analyst in the Retail Media team
Lead and deliver analyses that shape the foundation of Oda’s Retail Media business.
Work cross-functionally with commercial, product, marketing, and engineering teams to solve complex challenges.
Build scalable, lasting models and dashboards that power decision-making.
Analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI for both advertisers and Oda.
Spot opportunities, uncover root causes, and help drive profitable growth.
To thrive in this role, you bring strong analytical skills and a business mindset, and you’re confident in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical peers. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment and are motivated by the challenge of building something from the ground up.
What you’ll need to succeed 🌟
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, delivering small to medium-sized analytics projects.
Experience improving products or processes through analysis and experimentation, ideally within digital products or technology teams.
Self driven and able to work independently, but teaming up with your team or stakeholders when necessary.
Strong skills in SQL and solid understanding of statistics; some experience with programming (e.g., Python) and a willingness to grow these skills further.
Experience building analytical solutions, dashboards, or conversion optimization projects that drive measurable business impact.
Higher education in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, technology, optimization, or business).
Fluency in English.
What would be nice to have 💡
It's a bonus if you're familiar with A/B testing, optimization techniques, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
It's great if you've got experience with retail media, digital advertising, or e-commerce analytics, and advertising metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
