️ Exciting Opportunity at Hev Mosetertoppen – We Are Hiring a Head Chef!

Hev Mosetertoppen, a newly established bistro restaurant in Ringebu, is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a full-time (100%) position with a start date of December 1, 2025, but possibility to start much sooner if you are the right candidate. Join us as we create a casual fine dining experience, prioritizing high-quality meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

What We Look For
Strong passion for cooking and culinary excellence
Proven leadership skills in managing a kitchen team
Experience in fine dining or bistro-style cooking
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
Fluent in Norwegian or English
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and present delicious dishes with attention to detail
Develop work schedules and coordinate staff for smooth kitchen operations
Oversee the kitchen team, providing training and growth opportunities
Ensure high food quality while adhering to hygiene standards
Foster a positive work environment where teamwork is paramount
Encourage a culture of constructive feedback within the team
Analyze department performance and create proactive action plans
Collaborate with management on concept and product development
Regularly update menus in accordance with established guidelines
Maintain knowledge of fire, safety, and hygiene protocols
Ensure timely submission of time reports and other documentation
