About the Job:

SYNERGEN Health is looking for self-motivated individuals to join our growing HR team. Successful candidates will be responsible in providing input and implementation of various HR strategies in areas of recruitment, employee onboarding, employee engagement activities, HRIS, training and development, and HR operations.

We have a few HR openings at the moment, which will be allocated depending on the experience/qualification of the eligible candidates. Once the allocation is made, a suitable job title/compensation package will also be offered.

• Minimum of 5 years’ in-depth experience in the field of HRM, having engaged across the key HR functional areas of Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefit, Engagement, Learning & Development.

** Working hours are from 2pm - 11 pm Monday to Friday/ or a later shift if preferred (Transport is provided at the end of the shift) and will be working according to the US Holiday Calendar.
