We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering, participated in several product development projects, proven leadership abilities and a passion for driving technological advancements. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, drive the development team forward on technical aspects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
Task and Responsibilities:
Engineering Leadership of a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electronics, and embedded systems engineers, providing strategic direction and technical guidance.
Design & Development, oversee the creation of new solutions and the refinement of existing ones, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring progress, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration with teams across Project Management, Product Management, Production Engineering, Compliance, Procurement, Documentation, and Software to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement, ensure high product standards, regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of innovation, driving efficiency and technical excellence.
Agility & Execution by streamlining engineering processes to accelerate development cycles, optimizing time-to-market and maintaining a competitive edge
The ideal candidates will:
Bring at least 5+ years of leadership experience, with a total of 10+ years in engineering, with a focus on product development.
Have higher technical education with expertise in robotics, intelligent software, or related fields.
Be well-versed in Serial Production environments, understanding the processes and requirements to efficiently bring products to market.
Demonstrate Business Acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and contribute to both strategic planning and operational execution.
Foster collaboration across departments, driving innovation, accountability, and talent development while creating an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are value.
