We are searching for an experienced Product Manager to join us in our Stavanger office, for a maternity cover starting August 2025.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a cross-functional Product Team within the Therapy Products Group.
Your mission will be to help lead efforts on our portfolio of Cardiac Arrest & Barrier products. Together with your Product Team, you would be responsible for discovering and delivering products that are desirable, feasible and viable. You would ensure we are consistently able to transform ideas into sustainably profitable business models, aligned with our mission and business objectives.
We are also looking for someone who can embrace a lateral leadership role, guiding the team to achieve their goals defining with product leadership their next steps.
We are looking for someone mission-driven and a quick learner who can help take our Therapy Products to the next level. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by working across disciplines, teams, and partners as well as having a good understanding about technology and how to apply it to solve complex problems.
Required Qualifications

BS/BA Degree in Business, Sciences or Technology related field OR equivalent practical experience. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

3-5 years working experience, preferably within product management, product development or any equivalent field

Demonstrated understanding of how successful products are designed, developed, and brought to market

Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of the business, such as engineering, design, finance, marketing and sales
-
Driven, adaptable, organized, and excellent time-management skills
-
Good understanding and passionate about technology and how to apply it to solve complex problems
-
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience working with medical device’s either in product development or in a clinical practice environment

Ability to identify a market problem, quantify the opportunity to make sure it is big enough to generate profit, and then articulate the problem to the rest of the organization

Ability to communicate market needs to company leaders and product development colleagues in the form of a product discovery road map / delivery requirement
- Can demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to take the initiative to ensure superior outcomes for a given problem that is being solved
