We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the Creative & Content team at Oda!
We’re looking for a temporary Project Manager, Creative & Content to join Growth & Marketing team while covering a parental leave in the team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind all creative production execution in Norway and Sweden – the key connector who turns ideas into action, and action into growth.
You’ll lead creative production projects from start to finish, explore new growth opportunities, and help shape our marketing and brand plans. In other words: you’ll play a key role in taking Growth Norway to new heights and strengthening our results in the Norwegian and Swedish market. 🚀
This is a temporary position running from November 2025 to January 31, 2027, reporting directly to the Head of Creative.
What you’ll be doing as Project Manager
Drive end-to-end delivery of creative and marketing projects in both Oda and Mathem – from initial concept to final execution – ensuring every detail is on point.
Keep timelines, budgets, and quality in check while juggling multiple projects with ease.
Partner with internal creative teams and external creative agencies to bring ideas to life and deliver impactful campaigns.
Champion smooth workflows using tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project, and optimize CRM platform usage.
Communicate with clarity, influence stakeholders, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
To thrive in this role, we believe you’re a natural project leader – equally comfortable steering big, complex initiatives as you are keeping track of the small but important details. You have a knack for bringing order to moving parts, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and you take pride in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’re a clear and confident communicator who builds trust with stakeholders and keeps everyone aligned from start to finish.
What you’ll need to succeed 🌟
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field
3+ years’ experience managing projects in creative, marketing, or advertising environments.
Proven ability to take marketing and creative projects from concept to execution.
Solid understanding of marketing, branding, and content development processes.
Experience collaborating with internal creative teams and external partners, including agencies.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
Fluency in Norwegian and English.
