The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Regional Sales Manager for Dental Solution business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading regional sales initiatives by analyzing market opportunities, setting performance goals, and coaching a team of sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed targets.
Implementing strategic plans and best practices that drive new business, strengthen existing customer relationships, and contribute to overall regional growth.
Determining accurate sales forecasts and budgets by leveraging data insights, pipeline analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
Supporting cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
Being willing to be on-call to address critical client issues, manage escalations, or respond to unforeseen challenges that require immediate attention
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare or a related field and at least 5 years of sales management experience in the dental or medical device industry.
Demonstrated success managing both private-sector (e.g., dental clinics, group practices) and government accounts—with familiarity in handling government procurement processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Fluent/native Danish or Norwegian
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills that facilitate collaboration with private dental practices, government entities, and cross-functional teams.
A track record of driving growth within both market segments through strategic planning, analytics, and targeted sales initiatives.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, creating a supportive environment, setting clear goals, and coaching individuals to exceed targets.
Current, valid Driver’s License.

Work location:
Hybrid Eligible (Denmark & Norway)
Travel: May include up to 70% domestic/international
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment.
