You Have
3+ years in FOH leadership with hands-on coaching of managers and frontline staff
Fluent in English or Norwegian/Swedish

Arbeidsoppgaver
Role Overview
Your week divides roughly into:
Coaching & Leadership (30-40%) - You'll coach staff, develop their skills and run workshops.
Coordinating Staff (10%) - You'll schedule shifts, manage team communications and ensure everyone's aligned.
Operations (50-60%) - You'll steer daily FOH service, redirect in real time and uphold our high standards.
Note: As we grow our hospitality group, this role may evolve-offering new challenges and opportunities over time. What You'll Do
People Development: Cultivate your team's growth by moving them through different roles and levels-identify potential, map career paths and coach them to succeed.
Operational Excellence: Refine scheduling, inventory control and ordering processes; streamline guest flow and ensure consistent follow-up on service outcomes.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-glove with kitchen and bar teams to align on service standards, co-create new menu items and elevate our beverage offerings.
Beverage & Service Upgrades: Lead the rollout of new drink concepts, develop training playbooks and host regular tasting workshops.
Performance Coaching: Use guest feedback and operational metrics to set targets, conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
