You will join Region Europe, a key region in Business Sweden that operates from 14 local offices across Europe. Our team in Norway currently consist of 6 people. As a team, we advise companies of all sizes on questions relating to commercial excellence across various sectors, covering the full Business Sweden service portfolio. Your job will involve delivery and sales of a range of commercial and promotional projects, with assignments spanning across Norway and further afield in other European markets.
As Senior Consultant at Business Sweden your job will encompass a diverse range of tasks. The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:
- Represent Business Sweden as a trusted advisor, finding solutions to our clients’ most pressing challenges
- Lead and work in teams together with our clients in Sweden, Norway and further afield
- Responsible for building strong client relationships, scope assignments, and drive project delivery ensuring well-grounded insights are easily communicated to clients.
- Easily navigate both business promotion and strategic consulting assignments for clients ranging from small to large.
- Proactively work with sales including initiation, driving dialogues, together with senior colleagues and with support of the team developing a solid pipeline for the office.
The role is based in Oslo, but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients around the world, as required.

Formal requirements
- You have a higher academic degree, at least a Bachelors degree and probably a Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3,5 years of relevant experience from a consultancy firm or equivalent.
- You have experience from multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in an international context.
- You are experienced in delivering consultancy and advisory projects, and confident in driving and supporting sales dialogues.
- You have a high level of proficiency in English as well as Swedish and/or Norwegian, meriting with additional languages.
- It is meriting if you have experience from working with international companies before, and if you have lived in other parts of the world.
