We are growing and are looking for a customer manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking and the Card services business unite. Tietoevry Cards delivers scalable and modular Card as a Service and leading software built by unmatched industry expertise, accelerating the digital transformation of financial institutions.
You will have an important role in the growth and development of our largest customers.
When joining Tietoevry Banking as a customer manager
- You join a skilled team of customer managers, solution architects, service delivery managers where you learn new things with your colleagues.
- Be part of a non-hierarchic and passionate team with strong collaborative culture
- Have flexibility under responsibility
- You will be responsible for a dedicated Nordic or Norwegian portfolio.
- You will facilitate and participate in important meeting places with the customer.
- You will act as a Change Manager including retrieving specifications, estimates, decision meetings and submit proposals.
- You will play an important role in handling and respond to customer’s day-to-day inquiries.
- You understand the importance of accuracy and se value in good quality
Who we are looking for
- You have a university degree or similar educational background is an advantage but not mandatory
- You have good technical and commercial understanding.
- You have knowledge of / experience of payment and card solutions
- You have good understanding of the Bank and Financial sector.
- You are enthusiastic, selling, and motivated by good customer relations and deliveries
- You are fluent in Norwegian or Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
As a person, we believe you are a strong team player and see hearing as a contribution to good results and takes action and demonstrating responsibility to organize your work and solve your tasks. Most importantly, be a passionate, initiative and driven Customer Manager who wants to make an impact. Someone with enthusiasm who doesn’t settle with “good enough”. Someone who always seeks solutions and sees the potential beyond expectations. Background as a Project Manager can be an advantage.
