Senior Product Owner
As a Senior Product Owner, you will represent key stakeholders, define the product vision, and prioritize development to ensure delivery of high-value features. You’ll lead complex initiatives, align cross-location requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and business value.
Location: Oslo or Porto.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with local Product Owners.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (legal, compliance, risk, etc.) to ensure full coverage.
- Represent the company in relevant product forums and working groups.
- Oversee product demos, client onboarding, and training.
- Manage vendor interactions and change requests.
- Support user acceptance testing and ensure successful product launch.
- Drive initiatives from planning through execution to business-as-usual.

Profile
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments, preferably in finance or tech.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid project leadership and requirement definition capabilities.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and internationally experienced.
- Fluent in English; higher education or equivalent experience required.
