Project position
Are you an experienced Project Planner ready to take the lead in large-scale, high-impact projects? For one of our clients we are looking for a Senior Project Planner to join a dynamic and international planning team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring project success by developing and managing schedules across tenders and live projects, working closely with cross-functional teams in Norway, France, and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining project schedules in line with contractual and internal requirements
- Supporting tenders with risk-aware planning input
- Leading planning efforts in multi-million-euro projects across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation phases
- Delivering regular updates, forecasts, and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Advising on planning strategy, resource alignment, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- 5–10 years of experience as a Project Planner, ideally in offshore, energy, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong skills in Primavera, MS Project, and Excel
- Solid understanding of project management principles and risk analysis
- Fluent in English (Norwegian or French is a plus)
- A proactive mindset and strong communication skills across functions and cultur
