The Opportunity
We are actively looking for a Supply Chain Manager whose primary responsibility will be to work in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics. This is an in-house role located in Oslo and requires you to be on location, where you will be working with the engineering and project teams.
The ideal candidate will be a keen problem-solver with a strong program management mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across supply chain operations, quality, and manufacturing partners. You will be supporting the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that time-to-market, cost targets, yield, and ramp goals are met.
You’ll work closely with engineering, quality, global operations, and external manufacturing partners to bring new Neat products to life and scale them to volume production and be able to build a deep technical knowledge.
Primary responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional supply chain NPI activities from early concept phase through launch and volume ramp
- Manage and follow up Manufacturing Partners
- Drive component supply and demand analysis, and mitigate risks in partnership with Manufacturing Partners, Planning and Engineering.
- Support global operations in launching Neat’s portfolio
- Ensure cross-functional alignment on delivery, yield, cost, and manufacturing readiness
Skills required:
- Solid program/ project management capabilities, with experience driving results across functions
- Strong technical aptitude to understand/ analyze/ reproduce complex supply and manufacturing issues
- Proven ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and accountability
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, teamwork capability, but also able to self-motivate and take initiatives
- Background in video collaboration technology is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to think holistically and strategically
- Team leadership experience is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Travel required; flexible working offered in return
Education background:
- Graduate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Operations, Engineering or related technical field
- Ideally 5+ years of relevant work experience in similar role
