Build the Future of Sports Streaming – with us in Trondheim!
Join our Audio-Visual unit and help power live streams, VODs, and premium OTT services for global sports leagues like the NBA and ATP. As a Backend Java Developer, you'll work with cutting-edge tech—Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS—to deliver high-quality video experiences to millions of fans worldwide.

THE CHALLENGE
- Work with the following tech stack: Java (majority is on 21), SpringBoot 3, Kubernetes, MySQL, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.
- Participate in Code Reviews and writing tests – we are a quality-focused company.
- Contribute to developing new solutions, sharing your ideas and opinions, and implementing them.
- Have a space to develop your skills during our self-development time program.
ABOUT YOU
Must have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in backend technologies like Java or Kotlin.
- Passion for developing quality software - that will run 24/7 to deliver 1500+ live streamed sports-games per day.
- A problem-solving attitude, i.e. not just focused on writing code, but on tackling complex problems and determining how best to solve them.
- Understanding of software architecture principles.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Positive, team player with a can-do attitude. See any problem as a challenge and search for solutions together with a team.
- Dedication to create innovative and maintainable products.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS services like EKS, RDS, Lambda, etc.
- Experience with Java Testing Frameworks.
- Familiarity with API development.
- Willingness to practice TDD and pair programming.
- Proactively identify improvement areas and propose changes with clear benefits to the team.
