Are you ready to take on the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a dynamic, purpose-driven company?
In this role you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce at our Global corporate headquarters and ensure we have the right people in the right roles to drive our success.
As TOMRA is a growing company the role will be highly dynamic and might change over time, hence also be adapted to bring out our full potential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices
- Drive and participate in diverse recruitment and improvement initiatives and projects with the TA Team
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, career events and fairs to promote TOMRA as an employer of choice
It’s important for us to ensure a positive candidate experience and treat candidates fair, with respect and care throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
First of all we belive you to be passonate about finding the best candidates for TOMRA, but as well we do belive you have:
- Relevant degree at bachelor or master’s level
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Knowledge about ATS (preferable SmartRecruiters) and different test tools (preferable AON)
