We're Hiring: Bar Manager at Oche Torggata (Full-Time, Permanent) Location: Oslo | Start Date: Mid-August (training period), Full Takeover: September 1st
Oche Torggata is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Bar Manager to lead our team and help deliver world-class guest experiences with a fun, energetic twist. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and knows how to balance smooth operations with good vibes, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar
Leading, training, and motivating the bar team
Managing stock, ordering, and inventory control
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing laws
Creating a great atmosphere that aligns with the Oche brand
Working closely with the venue management team to meet sales targets and improve guest satisfaction
About You:
Proven experience in a bar management or leadership role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication abilities in English (Norwegian is a plus)
Able to work evenings and weekends
Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding service
Ready to start around August 15th to train with our current bar manager, before taking full charge from September 1st
