Job Description:

About The Role & The Team

As a Business Development Manager at Arrow in Oslo, you will manage existing client accounts and drive new business growth within the Norwegian market. Your main responsibilities include building and maintaining partner relationships, supporting vendor objectives, and collaborating with regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop key reseller partners

  • Acquire new customers through outreach and meetings

  • Create and implement business plans

  • Strengthen vendor partnerships and find new business leads

  • Run marketing campaigns and enable partners with training

  • Maintain accurate forecasting of sales opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in Business Development or Account Management (IT distribution/manufacturers/security)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English

  • Local market knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in AI projects or IT security certifications/experience

Som Business Development Manager hos Arrow i Oslo vil du ha ansvar for å håndtere eksisterende kundeporteføljer og drive vekst av nye forretningsmuligheter i det norske markedet. Dine hovedoppgaver inkluderer å bygge og vedlikeholde partnerrelasjoner, støtte leverandørenes mål og samarbeide med regionale team.

Sentral Ansvarsområder

  • Identifisere og utvikle nøkkelpartnere innenfor forhandlernettverket

  • Tilegne seg nye kunder gjennom oppsøkende virksomhet og møter

  • Utarbeide og implementere forretningsplaner

  • Styrke leverandørpartnerskap og finne nye forretningsmuligheter

  • Gjennomføre markedsføringskampanjer og tilby opplæring til partnere

  • Opprettholde nøyaktige prognoser for salgsaktiviteter

Ferdigheter og Erfaring

  • 3-5 års erfaring innen Business Development eller Account Management (IT-distribusjon/produsenter/sikkerhet)

  • Gode kommunikasjons- og relasjonsbyggende ferdigheter

  • Proaktiv, selvgående og lagorientert med evne til å forbedre prosesser

  • Flytende i norsk og engelsk

  • Målrettet og resultatorientert med god kjennskap til det lokale markedet

Foretrukne Kvalifikasjoner

  • Erfaring fra AI-prosjekter eller IT-sikkerhetssertifiseringer/erfaring
