The Role
We are looking for an experienced Content Creator to support and help grow our Community marketing activities through inspirational content that drives brand engagement and familiarity.
The role involves creating a diverse range of content formats, both independently and in collaboration with agencies. While the primary focus will be on developing a Podcast and hosting Webinars, the scope also includes video production, presentations, and other multimedia assets.

Location: Oslo, Norway or remote in another European country (preferably UK)
Role Summary:
Managing the editorial and production plan for an AutoStore Podcast that provides educational insights for our AutoStore Community.
Creating and hosting topical thought leadership webinars to drive brand awareness. We would also like our Community Content Creator to be able to host webinars when required.
Creating content for and at AutoStore Community events as required.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Own and lead the editorial and organizational plan for the AutoStore Podcast. Manage guest coordination, scheduling, and publishing and promotion.
Repurpose the Podcast content into blog posts, videos and SoMe snippets.
Plan, coordinate, and produce engaging Webinars tailored to warehouse automation, supply chain innovation, and logistics tech.
Moderate or facilitate live Webinar sessions as needed, ensuring professional delivery and audience engagement.
Create supporting assets for webinar events, including landing pages, promotional emails, social media drafts, post-event recaps, etc. and build and manage an engagement strategy to increase webinar and virtual panel participation.
Manage logistics (tools, invites, tech platforms, recordings) and optimize attendee experience.
Support other Community events such as AutoStore Arenas and roundtables with content as required.
Key Qualifications:
6+ years in content marketing, event, or community management, ideally in B2B tech, logistics, or automation industries.
Proven track record of planning and executing webinars, virtual events and podcasts.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable speaking or moderating in front of live / virtual audiences.
Experience with webinar and podcast tools.
Basic video / editing skills are necessary (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
Creative eye for repurposing and extending the value of event content across formats and platforms.
Some travel should be expected as part of this role. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to relevant community events.
Familiarity with the warehouse automation or logistics ecosystem (e.g. supply chain trends, robotics, or material handling) is a plus.
