Corporate Banking Analyst Interns
We are looking for 1-2 Analyst Interns to join the DNB Corporate Banking team in Helsinki. The internship contracts are for up to six months, starting on 1 September or as early as possible in September.

DNB Finland Branch is the Finnish branch of DNB Bank ASA, headquartered in Norway and one of the most prominent financial institutions in the Nordic region with a global presence. In Finland, we offer corporate and investment banking services together with DNB Carnegie towards large corporates & institutions in the Finnish market. Our strategic ambition is to significantly expand our presence in Finland, targeting large and medium-sized companies and financial institutions. About the role
As an Analyst Intern, you will be an integral part of the corporate banking team, working on the full range of client-related projects alongside experienced professionals.
You will be involved in tasks such as:
- Evaluating new business opportunities, including financial analysis, credit risk assessment, credit rating, and industry analysis to support decision-making
- Working on presentations and client pitch materials
- Supporting prospecting efforts together with bankers, including social media, events, conferences, and ad hoc projects
- Collaborating closely with Client Managers and Credit Analysts to ensure successful credit processes
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with at least three years of university studies in a relevant field, such as Business Economics, Finance or Accounting. This role does not require previous work experience, but you should have a genuine interest in Banking and Finance.
To succeed in this role, strong communication and collaboration skills are required, along with fluency in both English and a Nordic language. Swedish or Norwegian language is an advantage.
You should have the ability to take initiative and work independently with a high level of integrity. A structured and methodical approach is important, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver on time. We also value a proactive mindset - someone who can identify improvement opportunities and is comfortable working in teams and engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
