About the position
Are you a positive, dedicated, and service minded person? And even better, do you happen to love the outdoors and real adventures? Then take the opportunity to join our Customer Relations (CR) team at Norrøna!
As part of the CR department, you'll help create a positive, solution-oriented environment while sharing your love for the outdoors and knowledge of Norrøna's products. This is a great opportunity to work in one of the most relevant and innovative brands in the outdoor industry. You'll engage with customers on our gear, adventure tours, and more, contributing to a seamless customer journey.
The CR team operates with a rotating work-shift plan and serves customers from all over the world. This is a 20% - 30% contract position. The set hours will be a 4 hour shift on Saturdays, and the remaining hours will be decided during the interview process. There will most likely be more hours available when needed during certain weeks.
