Adtraction is Hiring a Customer Success Manager – Ecommerce
Adtraction is looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our ecommerce team. You’ll become part of the leading partner marketing platform in the Nordics, with responsibility for driving results across a selected portfolio of clients.
You’ll join a team of 9 at our Norwegian office, part of a group of 14 great colleagues. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with partner managers and specialists to tailor marketing activities that help online stores grow and achieve their sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily follow-up and performance of your advertiser portfolio
- Ensure optimal visibility for client campaigns
- Promote upselling and cross-selling of Adtraction’s products and services
- Develop long-term value by expanding collaboration with existing advertisers
- Identify and approach new potential clients
- Deliver excellent service and ensure a seamless customer experience
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Can effectively prioritize tasks and handle a broad range of responsibilities
- Has strong understanding of digital products and marketing
- Is results-driven and solution-oriented in creating value for clients
- Has education and/or relevant experience in sales, consulting, or marketing
- Speaks Norwegian fluently
- Has strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
