We are looking for a skilled and service-minded individual to help us design and deliver impactful, memorable events that reflect Gard’s values. Depending on the candidate’s experience and profile, the role may be shaped as either an Event Coordinator or Event Executive.
You will be part of a dynamic event team working at the heart of the organisation, with responsibility for planning and executing both social and business-related events across Gard. You will also contribute to the development and improvement of the digital tools and systems that support our event activities.
This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to take on a role with a wide variety of tasks and the potential to influence how we work with events and digital tools going forward.
Core Responsibilities
Plan and organise social and business-related events and meetings, managing the full process from venue and supplier research to execution and post-event evaluation.
Support internal and external business functions to ensure events are delivered with the right quality and impact.
Contribute to the development and optimisation of digital tools and systems used in the department, such as CRM and web publishing platforms.
Play an active role in improving workflows and enhancing the department’s digital capabilities.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in event management, marketing, business administration, or similar fields - or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and business acumen.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a diplomatic and service-minded attitude.
Ability to manage time effectively and perform under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital platforms.
Familiarity with CRM and CRM tools, web publishing tools, and collaboration platforms.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.
The role reports to the Head of Corporate Services & Property.
