APS is developing Fenix, a software module for aerial strike drones that enables in-motion release of low-cost, unguided munitions against ground targets. Unlike kamikaze systems, the aircraft returns for reuse, lowering per-strike cost and reducing dependence on strained supply chains.
What you will do
Work with the CTO and software engineers to develop algorithms for target tracking and munition release
Apply physics and mathematics to model, simulate, and optimize system performance in real-world conditions
Contribute to system integration and testing with a focus on accuracy and robustness
Collaborate across disciplines to turn theoretical models into operational capability
What we offer
Founder role with equity. Exact stake negotiated based on role, responsibility, and contribution
Soft start part-time for about 2 to 4 months to validate mutual fit and map the MVP
Full-time after MVP and funding. Salary up to market rate depending on funding at the time
Primary base Oslo. Some remote work possible
Eligibility
You must have a valid work permit to work in Norway and be able to pass security clearance under Norwegian law
