The Situation:
The Safran Support Team are a group of highly experienced project planners with decades of experience between them. Our business is growing, and we are looking to expand this team. If you're the one to join us, you’ll become part of a strong professional environment that helps shape some of the most exciting and complex projects in the world.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in projects - perhaps as a coordinator, planner, scheduler, analyst, or in another role where you’ve managed timelines, resources, or risks - and is looking to grow into a specialist career.
What You'll be Doing:
You’ll work closely with our clients and colleagues to:
Support project delivery, forecasting, and decision-making.
Learn and use advanced planning tools (if you haven't used Safran before, don’t worry, we’ll train you).
Help customers find the best solutions for their planning and risk challenges.
Collaborate directly with our software developers and testers to improve our products, which are developed in-house.
Be part of a supportive team of experienced planners and risk specialists who are happy to share their knowledge.
Who You Are:
We know the perfect candidate doesn’t always tick every box. If you have the right mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn, we’d like to hear from you.
We think you might have:
Experience in planning, scheduling, coordination, or risk analysis in any industry.
Strong analytical skills and an organised way of working.
Some familiarity with planning software (Safran, Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
And we believe that you:
Have a good understanding of technology and how systems work.
Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Enjoy working with others and contributing to a strong team culture.
