Golar LNG looking for an HR Generalist with 1 to 3 years of experience to support our small HR team. This role includes recruitment, internship coordination, maintaining HR systems, and contributing in different HR projects locally and internationally
Main responsibilities
Recruitment:
Support the full hiring process — including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and conducting interviews alongside hiring managers.Internship Program:
Support the coordination of our internship program from recruitment, onboarding to feedback processes.HR Systems:
Maintain employee records and support updates in HR systems, including data entry and reportingHR Projects:
Contribute to various HR projects, including initiatives related to leadership development, HR analysis, training, and process improvements.Employee Support:
Answer employee questions, help with documentation, and assist with day-to-day HR tasks.
What we are looking for
1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role, experience with recruitment is an advantage
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Good organisational and communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks independently
English is our working language, both written and spoken
