What we need:
Well ID is seeking an experienced software engineer. Our innovations team develops data processing and interpretation solutions implemented in an engineering environment. The person we are seeking should have experience not only in standard scientific programming but also in software architecture. We have numerous projects which are maturing from R&D to full commercialization which need to be optimized and automated.
Requirements:
Essential:
5 years’ professional experience working as a software engineer
Good understanding of software architecture
Strong knowledge in general programming (PLC, C, C++, Python, or similar)
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Live in the Stavanger-area
Preferred:
Strong collaboration skills
Eager to learn and develop new solutions as part of a team
