- Rotation: 90/30 days on/off or 56/28 on/off on offer depending on the project.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- 3 or more years of offshore experience as an Offshore Pedestal Crane Operator.
- Stage 3 Certificate.
- Holding an IMCA Crane opt. Log Book ( or equivalent ).
- Experience with cranes lifting 200 – 250 tons is preferable.
- Experience on subsea lifts or knuckle boom cranes.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Tasks:
- Operate pedestal cranes safely within design limits, adjusting for sea state and weather using derating tables.
- Execute personnel basket transfers only when conditions are deemed safe and authorized.
- Perform inboard and offshore lifts in accordance with certification level (Level 2 or Level 3).
- Support trainee crane operators by ensuring they do not conduct unsupervised lifts.
- Monitor crane reach and lifting capacity to avoid overloading.
- Maintain awareness of nearby structures and equipment to prevent contact or collision.
- Coordinate with other crane operators to avoid interference during concurrent crane activities.
- Use articulated booms and heave compensation systems (active/passive), when available and trained to do so.
- Collaborate with supervisors to plan and agree on safe lifting strategies.
- Immediately report equipment faults or malfunctions to the relevant supervisor.
- Follow all established lifting protocols and safety guidelines.
- Perform daily checks and basic upkeep of crane systems and operator cabin.
- Keep the operator’s station clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Communicate with onboard technical crew (engineers/electricians) to ensure maintenance tasks are completed.
- Carry out weekly crane checks as outlined by the manufacturer.
- Log all lifts over 50 tons in the crane register as per procedures.
- Cease lifting operations if any safety or technical risks are identified.
- Take operational guidance from Deck Foreman or 2nd Assistant during lifts, while reporting to the 1st Assistant.
