🚀 What you will be doing
You will be at the core of Bislab’s AI efforts, working hands on with a modern stack to make sure their products are not only intelligent but also reliable, secure, and impactful at scale.
This is a hands on role where you will design algorithms, build data pipelines, and drive how AI is embedded across the platform, all while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership.
Your Mission:
- Design and implement Bislab’s AI product portfolio for agentic risk management.
- Build data pipelines for alternative data, leveraging LLMs to ingest and interpret unstructured sources.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for credit assessment, risk analysis, and fraud detection.
- Implement robust security solutions for handling sensitive financial data.
- Partner across teams to bring AI concepts from idea to production.
🎯 Who are we looking for?
This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong technical execution. You enjoy turning research into real products in fast-moving environments, and want your work to have a true impact.
We think you will thrive here if you:
- Have deep experience with Python, C#, Azure, PostgreSQL, and graph databases (e.g. Neo4j).
- Are comfortable with LLMs, ML pipelines, and applied AI in production.
- Care about security, reliability, and data integrity in high-stakes domains.
- Value ownership and influence, and see yourself as a driver of Bislab’s future AI direction.
- Are motivated by building products that have a positive impact on society.
You do not need to have “Principal AI Engineer” on your CV already, but you should think and operate like one.
