We are looking for a motivated Procurement Specialist to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable procurement operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with project teams, suppliers, and internal departments to support procurement planning, tendering, and compliance. We’re looking for someone proactive and structured, with a strong commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Execute procurement processes in line with company procedures and strategic goals.
Negotiate agreements and follow up with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Support project teams with procurement planning and logistics coordination.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in line with company needs and sustainability goals.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records.
Participate in audits and ensure procurement documentation is compliant and up to date.
Handle RFQs, commercial evaluations, and procurement reporting.
Work closely with finance and operations to ensure timely processing of purchase orders and invoices.
Job Qualifications:
Higher education in logistics, engineering, economics, or a related field.
Proven procurement experience in project-driven industries, preferably offshore, maritime, or energy sectors.
Fluent in English and Norwegian.
Skills:
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented with a structured approach.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external suppliers.
