We are well into our growth stage and looking for a Product Manager to join our team of stellar engineers, sales, marketing, customer success and data experts. You will get to work on both strategic and operational product management in a high-growth SaaS B2B organisation. We are looking for someone who is motivational yet empathetic, articulate, detail-oriented and data-driven.
In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap from ideation through delivery to market launch, and work hand-in-hand with our development team to deliver outstanding user experiences enabling Xeneta to be the one true global reference point for ocean freight.
Location for this role is Oslo, Norway or London, UK.

You’ll move into an important Product Manager role with high visibility within our growing organization, and help us in our mission to transform the shipping & supply chain industry. Here, you’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers move from data to insights to actions, leveraging machine learning and AI within our SaaS platform.

- Seek to understand the Ocean freight market and our customers through research and insights, working with UX and data experts.
- Segment and prioritise the most valuable opportunities and translate them into a clear, engaging product roadmap.
- Define and execute team OKRs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders while solving customer problems and creating business value.
- Represent the customer throughout the development process, managing the backlog, writing user stories and providing clarity to the team.
- Collaborate closely with UX, engineering and product marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Monitor and measure product performance post-launch, feeding learnings back into the roadmap.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure feedback is heard and acted upon.
Your Profile and Experience

- 2–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with data or analytics products.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to raise the bar on productivity and effectiveness.
- Outcome-oriented and able to clearly articulate customer problems and opportunities.
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across functions.
- Skilled at asking the right questions to drive clarity from developers, designers and analysts.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of shipping and/or logistics industries.
- Experience in industries undergoing digitisation and price transparency shifts.
- Experience with data analytics or AI-driven platforms.
In addition you need to be fluent in English (written and oral). If you are not already authorized to work in Norway, a relevant degree is required.
