Norrøna Retail is now seeking a 20% part-time assistant with a genuine passion for sports and outdoor activities - join our team at Norrøna´s Concept Store Storo.

As a salesperson in Norrøna's stores, it is important for us that you understand the customer's needs and provide the customer with a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, capable of identifying tasks during busy and quiet periods, and possess a large work capacity.

Qualifications:

Completed high school
Previous retail experience

Key responsibilities:

Sales and customer service
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Norrøna's outdoor products
Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement
Assist in receiving and pricing merchandise
Contribute to maintaining a high standard in the store
Participate in the planning and execution of in-store activities and events
Support the store manager and contribute to a positive work culture
Be a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for Norrøna
