Role summary:
Norlights International School is responsible for creating an effective learning environment where students can demonstrate thoughtful and ethical behaviour and ensure that the values and principles of the IB learner profile are at the heart of learning and relationships in and outside the school.
Teachers will support the personal and academic development of students in their advisory group and contribute to extra-curricular and community and service activities.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a qualified School Counselor to support student well-being and academic success in our IB World School. The ideal candidate will provide social-emotional guidance, academic counseling, and career planning, aligned with the IB philosophy. Collaboration with staff, parents, and the wider school community is essential.
