Purpose of the role: The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for nurturing long-term partnerships with Keyloop’s existing Norway clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This role requires a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to deliver ‘Experience First’ for our customers. The ideal candidate will excel at relationship management, demonstrate resilience in a performance-driven culture, and bring a proactive, continuous improvement mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a quota-carrying portfolio of Norway accounts.
- Drive cross-sell, upsell, and new business sales within the automotive client base.
- Travel across Norway for client meetings and relationship development.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for the full Keyloop solution suite.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives in line with strategic and operating plans.
- Apply the Keyloop Sales Model to identify needs, deliver value, and increase market share.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records in Salesforce weekly.
- Provide reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Partner with Customer Success and Layered Apps teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and account management.
- SaaS sales background required; automotive industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Demonstrated sales growth in environments focused on business process change/optimisation.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to engage at all levels of client organisations.
- Skilled in structured sales approaches: prospecting, contact management, qualification, presentation, objection handling, and closing.
- Self-driven, ambitious, resilient, and highly motivated.
- Exceptional communication skills, with active listening and polite assertiveness.
- Strong organisational skills in a process-oriented environment.
- Proficient with Salesforce (SF.com) or similar CRM platforms.
