Senior Sales Manager- Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. Our Professional Services team delivers tailored, integrated services around our software products. We combine deep product knowledge with domain expertise to provide seamless, customer-centric solutions using agile methodologies and industry best practices.
We are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive our go-to-market strategy and play a key role in achieving our business growth objectives.
When joining Tietoevry Banking as a Solution Architect, you will:
- Translate customer needs into solution roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Act as trusted advisor, building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Support sales with solution strategy, pricing, and business case development.
- Align solutions with commercial, technical, and product strategies.
- Drive governance and prioritisation in key forums and meetings.
- Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with roadmaps.
Market & Portfolio Insight
- Maintain strong knowledge of Norwegian banking market and regulations (DORA, CSRD, Omnibus, Basel IV).
- Shape portfolio and service catalogue based on customer and market trends.
- Track solution performance and ensure benefit realisation.
Leadership & Growth
- Support PS scaling in Norway, incl. team development and mentoring.
- Represent PS Banking in internal/external forums and thought leadership.
- Contribute to Banking leadership team strategy and collaboration.
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience in sales, relationship building, and project management.
- Strong background in solution sales, ideally combined with solution architect skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking and customer engagement skills.
- Hands-on operational experience with a deep understanding of the market.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are a proactive team player who takes ownership, organizes work effectively, and drives tasks to completion. You value collaboration, clear communication, and knowledge sharing in an agile environment. You are eager to continuously learn, adapt, and explore new technologies to stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry.
