Job Description
Unit4 is looking for an experienced Application ERP Support Consultant to join our Customer Support team. As an Application Support Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our customers on IT and Business Application related questions for our solutions. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support for Unit4 ERP Core, with a strong focus on finance modules and technical understanding. You’ll be a key contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and optimize their use of the system.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver high-quality support for Unit4 ERP Core, especially within finance and accounting.
- Troubleshoot and analyze both technical and functional issues. This involves investigate, process and document application issue.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and product owners to improve system functionality.
- Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and customer dialogues.
Qualifications
- Relevant Higher education in economics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems in finance, ideally with Unit4 ERP.
- Strong understanding of Unit4 ERP Core functionalities, or similar ERP finance solutions.
- Exhibits good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic technical knowledge (e.g., databases, integrations, system logic).
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English and Norwegian (verbal and written);
- Good Customer facing skills, understand and be able to implement the concept of Customer Service;
- Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow is a plus
