We are looking for a Service Team Leader!
Our GRC Advisory Unit in DNV Cyber is now looking for a business- and people leader for our GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) team in Norway. The team currently consists of 10 highly highly skilled employees with a solid consultant background. You will make sure your team members are flourishing at the same time as the team are performing on an optimal level. You do this with empathy and a genuine interest in the colleagues in your team.
In this role you would be the Service Team Lead for consultants who provide Cyber Security and Information Security consulting services to our clients. Our consulting focus is on how our clients govern and manage Information Security, Privacy and Cyberlaw within their own organization and in relation to their suppliers and service providers. The consultants within Advisory assists our clients in daily information security related problems and are the key user of information security management system (ISMS). Our customers represent various industries, both public and private sectors, and our mission is to help customers achieve their cyber security goals.
Accountabilities:
- You will be accountable for your team’s business performance (revenue, profitability), consultants and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Your main responsibility will be to support your team members to do their job which is helping our customers solve cyber security issues and develop new security related capabilities. You make sure we have a good mix of competencies and capabilities to do that.
- You will also be responsible for recruiting to and training your team.
- Besides that you will also be involved in sales and pre-sales activities to ensure that we have great projects and assignments for our consultants.
- You will also be responsible for the teams current deliveries.

Expectations:
- The successful candidate needs to document relevant competence and have a background in cyber security to be part of delivery teams on our projects, expected chargeability of the role is 50 %
- The successful candidate needs to document experience as Project Manager leading teams of consultants
- Fluent in Norwegian
