We are seeking a visionary Vice President Product & Digital Engineering. You will be instrumental in delivering innovative and seamless digital experiences that drive commercial growth and maximize operational efficiency. Leading our teams across Tech Product, Digital Engineering, Integration and QA, you will cultivate a world-class engineering culture and ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all digital solutions.

What you will be doing:
- Tech Product & Technical Vision: Define and champion the tech product vision and technical roadmap for tech products, platforms, and AI-powered solutions, ensuring deep alignment with business objectives and a cost-effective product policy.
- User-Centered Design: Lead a selection of our Product & Design teams in creating intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences for guests and employees, grounded in solid user research and technical feasibility.
- Engineering Excellence: Direct the Digital Engineering teams through the full lifecycle of developing, deploying, and maintaining highly scalable, secure, and performant digital solutions, championing modern engineering practices and architectural principles.
- Platform & API Strategy: Drive the evolution of our core API and platform capabilities to ensure seamless system integration, reusability, and robust extensibility for future growth.
- Quality & Security: Enforce rigorous standards for software quality, performance, security, and data governance, overseeing QA functions and advocating for automation, CI/CD pipelines, and responsible AI practices.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across Tech Product and Engineering, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively across functions to translate business needs into clear, technically feasible tech product requirements and engineering specifications.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the comprehensive budget for the technology product development organization, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Who we think you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and/or digital engineering leadership roles.
- A proven track record of successfully launching impactful digital products and scalable platforms, with demonstrable experience leading the development of AI-powered features.
- Deep understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, OKR), modern architectures, and CI/CD and DevOps principles.
- Significant experience leading and scaling cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams.
- Strong foundational knowledge of API design (REST, GraphQL), microservices, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and AI strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align technical decisions with business value and ROI.
- Experience within the hospitality industry is a plus.
