As the Administrative Manager, you will play an important role in making sure Andoya Spaceport is running efficiently and you will be responsible for developing and executing the role of Service Center both in and outside of missions. You will be in a central position handling internal matters and emerging requests. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires an organized, efficient and results-oriented individual with a passion for space.
European Union Citizenship / European Economic Area Citizenship.
The candidate must be eligible to obtain a Norwegian security clearance.
Start-date as soon as possible.
This temporary position comes with the possibility of permanent employment
Tasks/responsibilities
Andøya Spaceport (ASX) Service Center:
Run the ASX Service Center, coordinating and solving internal and external time-critical service requests.
Lead and develop the service to ensure a professional interface towards customers.
Office Management:
Administrative tasks to support whole organization inside and outside of Missions.
Coordinate the implementation of decisions from the Spaceport-management.
Contribute in the facilitation of in-house reporting to Board of Directors, owners and Company management.
Contribute and assist managers in invoice handling, budgeting and forecasts.
Assist the Spaceport management in occurring tasks.
Event Management:
Support the planning and execution of Andoya Spaceport's participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and other events.
Support event budgets, logistics, and marketing materials.
Coordinate external visits to the Spaceport.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in administration, finance, management or another relevant or related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience within administration, management, resource coordination or similar preferably in aerospace, technology or a related company.
Skills:
Fluent written and verbal communication in both Norwegian and English.
