We’re looking for an Ads Coordinator to join Oda’s Retail Media team!
Retail Media will be a cornerstone of Oda’s future growth - a new business line creating a sustainable revenue stream alongside our core grocery operations. This is a rare chance to join at the very start, shaping both the execution and operational model of our advertising campaigns!
The Ads Coordinator will play a key role in this new business line, managing campaigns end-to-end and ensuring they deliver maximum impact. You’ll collaborate closely with the rest of the Retail Media team to bring campaigns to life. As our Ads Coordinator, you’ll be the hands-on expert ensuring campaigns and promotions are set up, executed, and optimized to generate profitable growth. You’ll help create the first “success cases” that demonstrate our value to brands and set the foundation for a scalable, automated platform. Through your work, you’ll help uncover growth opportunities and ensure our new business line thrives.
What you’ll be doing as an Ads Coordinator
Set up and manage promotional features and advertising placements, ensuring alignment with brand agreements and team objectives
Collaborate with the team’s Product Manager, Data Analyst, and other tech, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are timed and configured correctly
Lead campaigns from setup to completion, delivering all elements on time and without errors
Run early campaigns that will serve as proof-of-value cases for advertisers
Provide feedback to improve processes and support the transition from manual operations to a scalable, automated system.
Be the go-to person for our brand partners, following up on campaigns and building strong, lasting relationships.
To thrive in this role, you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where things are still taking shape, and you’re excited to take the lead in shaping how the coordination of ads should be done. You’re excited about taking ownership of tasks end-to-end, paying close attention to detail, and collaborating and coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaign results.
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience in ad operations, campaign management, or commercial execution, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Familiarity with advertising tools, platforms, and digital promotions.
Great eye for detail, super organized, and a team player who communicates well.
Fluency in English and Norwegian.
What would be nice to have
It’s a bonus if you have experience with big data tooling or cloud infrastructure.
It’s great if you’ve got experience with retail media, digital advertising, or e-commerce analytics, with some exposure to A/B testing, marketing data, and advertising metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, conversion rates).
