Role Purpose
Coordination of Aircraft Ground Handling services, in accordance with the Airport Handling Manual, MA AGOM and Airlines GOM regarding Turnaroundcoordination function.
What you will be doing
- Perform turnaround coordination (Function 3 - IATA AHM 590) as per MA procedures and in accordance with the agreed SLA.
- Liaise with other departments, contributing to meeting according to level of competence and being a key player in the company.
- Aircraft Dispatch is a process involving the planning, co-ordination, and post departure reconciliation of a flight. The task of the TRC (historically referred to as a ‘Redcap' by some airline companies, Flight Dispatcher, or Turnaround Coordinator) is to organize and plan the aircraft turnaround and effectively and pro-actively ensure that the various activities are performed in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensures that the documents received or issued are kept securely and in accordance with airline's procedures and MA procedures and is responsible according to the law and the internal confidentiality regulation for the manipulated documents.
- Operate equipment such as air-bridges, company vehicles, systems, radio's, telephones, and computer equipment in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the relevant training received.

What we are looking for
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of PC operations.
- Be a good communicator.
- To be organized and have a logical and systematic method of work.
- To be able to work in a team, under pressure and sometimes under conflicting situations.
- To be able to work in shifts as required by the handled airlines schedule.
In addition to this, to be a eligible candidate you must qualify for the mandatory EAA Background Check, which requires:
- That you have lived within the EU/EAA consecutively for the past five years.
- That you can documentation for what you have been doing the past five years (Education, employments).
- That you can provide a translated Police Certificate from all countries you have lived in the past five years.
