We are seeking a dynamic Customer Engagement Lead to join our Vaccines team in Norway. In this pivotal role, you will drive commercial success through strategic customer relationships, effective tender management, and operational excellence.
Main responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and business operating profit goals while building Sanofi Vaccines' position in the Norwegian market
- Develop and execute commercial policy, coordinating demand forecasting, product supply, and sales administration
- Build and nurture networks with key external and internal vaccines stakeholders
- Manage partnership with distributors in business operations (sales monitoring, management of supply & distribution agreements, price lists and other documents)
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for prioritized products
- Supervise tender process: monitor tender publications, coordinate contributors within SP, build economic proposal, support distributors in documentation issuance, ensure product availability, fulfil prerequisites after awarding (e.g. bank guarantees)
- Contribute actively to the Norwegian and Northern Europe Vaccine team
About you
- University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Pharmacy
- Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an asset (vaccines experience highly desired)
- Experience with national tendering processes is an asset
- Logistics/supply chain management experience is an asset
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Working Structured and organized
