BikeFinder is a small Stavanger Tech company gone global and we have customers in 45 different countries. We are proud of the EXCELLENT (CSAT 90%) job our Customer Service team do, and are looking for a new Customer Service Hero to join us.
In this role you will ensure customer satisfaction through phone, mail and chat support, as well as assist the BikeFinder team excel through execution of administrative tasks like logistics handling, purchase order bookings and report generation.
Responsibilities:
Customer support by phone, mail, chat and ticket system
Follow-up on bike theft reports and claims
Troubleshooting on software and hardware products
Collect information for and generation of insurance reports
Logistics handling of product returns, order shipping, mail handling
Internal support and office tasks
Requirements:
Experience in customer support
Excellent in English (oral and written)
Proficient in Norwegian or German (oral and written)
Proficient computer skills
Loves customer contact and problem solving
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
Accurate, analytical and proactive
Team player and a positive attitude
Additional languages like Spanish, French or Dutch is beneficial
