We are currently seeking:
Fleet Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, presentations, and other required documents.
- Support superintendents and fleet management with regular deliverables.
- Administer supplier registration, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Serve as department superuser for software applications, the intranet, and SharePoint.
- Coordinate and follow up on information distribution to the fleet.
- Maintain and update the ship visit list and ship distribution list.
- Organize induction meetings and prepare onboarding materials for new joiners.
- Plan and coordinate social events, workshops, and departmental meetings.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or a relevant field is an advantage.
- At least three years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience from shipping industry is an advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- User knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Power BI is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English.
- Applicants must qualify for permanent residence permit for work purposes in Norway.
