What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Fleet Crewing Development Manager to help shape and execute our crewing strategy. The right candidate will ensure a cost-effective, safe, fair, and standardised approach to crewing, supporting fleet expansion and the adoption of new technologies. This role is key to positioning Wallenius Wilhelmsen as an employer of choice for seafaring staff and delivering on our long-term strategy.
