What will you do?
As our HR student worker, you will support a variety of tasks within the HR department, including:
- Assisting in various HR areas of responsibility and projects, including engagement activities.
- Supporting the coordination of monthly union and quarterly AMU meetings, including data collection and material preparation.
- Supporting and coordinating onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Helping maintain HR documentation up to date, including the employee handbook and intranet site.
- Bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to our team, helping us innovate and improve.

This opportunity could be a great match for you if:
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or another relevant field, with at least one year remaining in your studies.
- You are fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
- You are organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about building a career in Human Resources.
- You are comfortable using digital tools, particularly Microsoft Office, and you enjoy creating clear, professional presentations.
- You have experience with HR systems or a strong interest in learning how to use them effectively.
