Nordic Infucare started its journey as an entrepreneurial company with the desire to do things differently. Mats Bergryd founded the business to offer specialized treatments in a home environment, serving patients who suffer from chronic disease. He chose that niche as he, after 20 years in the industry, had identified a gap between what was possible to achieve with smart technology and pharmaceuticals, and the actual result. Mats concluded that there was an opportunity to increase the quality of life or patients with chronic disease by closing the gap, and that it would be good business for the one who succeeded.
Since the start in 2002 we have grown into a company with more than 100 employees. Today we are a part of the Air Liquide group, but the patient’s quality of life still guides all our actions.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


The role of KAM is to maintain sales and profitability and ensure growth for the Norwegian marked. The role is responsible to proactively see, define and actively implement business generating opportunities in Norway.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in the diabetes field.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure increased use of our innovative diabetes solutions in your region.

  • Provide thorough training and support to doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure safe and effective use of our equipment.

  • Communicate clinical data and scientific updates to strengthen professional understanding and engagement.

  • Gather and convey market insight and feedback that contributes to the company's commercial strategy.

Are you a MATCH?


We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of diabetes and treatment, either from a commercial role or from clinical experience. You are a natural relationship builder, thrive in an independent daily life, and are motivated by creating results that make a real difference.

Qualifications:

  • Education in nursing, economics, or another relevant field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience from a similar sales role within MedTech/pharma, or relevant clinical experience as, for example, a diabetes nurse.

  • Solid knowledge of diabetes as a therapy area.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • You enjoy extensive travel in your assigned region and have a class B driver's license.

  • You communicate fluently in both Norwegian and English.
