About the Role
Are you passionate about learning and development and eager to gain hands-on experience in a global organization? At Elopak, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in a part-time role, averaging approximately two working days per week. This is a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and contribute to meaningful learning experiences across the company.
The position is based at our office in Skøyen, Oslo.
Key Responsibilities
Support and Coordination of Learning Initiatives
Assist in planning and coordinating learning programs such as leadership development,
product training, and compliance courses.
Handle logistics, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
Update existing e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline.
Operational Support
Manage licenses, procurement, and payments.
Coordinate translations and support internal communications.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and guides.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Create and manage courses, upload materials, track attendance, and generate reports.
Collaborate with HR Operations and course owners to ensure smooth LMS operations.
What We’re Looking For
This part-time role is a great fit if you’ve recently started a master’s degree and want to gain some relevant work experience alongside your studies. Of course, there might be other reasons why a part-time position works well for you—and we’d love to hear from you either way!
If you’ve already had a taste of coordinating L&D or HR activities, that’s a definite plus. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools too? Even better! What truly sets you apart is your service-minded attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment. You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a bonus.
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Management, or a related field.
Preferred technical skills
Strong digital and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise or similar tools.
